Classes welcome students of all levels to explore the experience of being fully alive and in the present moment. Exploration of body, mind, and heart through asana, meditation, and breathwork will guide you back to the center of your heart.

Alessia teaches forms picked from taiji 24 at a slower pace to allow a special focus on awareness and aspects of health. She applies the later methods of Zhineng Taiji exercises like Straight Legs Sitting (SLS), 3 Centers Merge (3CM) to strenghten the body and store more Qi. In this way it is easier to perform a better Taiji in a quicker way and feeling more energized with the practice.
