Yoga & Ayurveda for Women — 10-week Classes with Pleasance Silicki

This class blends Ayurveda, Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, Moon Cycles and Well Being.

All levels, ages and women are welcome. You can expect movement and experiences that will compliment your life, ease your stress and cultivate healing and wellness. Join our community of women dedicated to nourishment and soul care as lifestyle practices and to honor our own commitment to health.

This Spring we will be offering 2 options:

  • Tuesdays (March 13 – May 22) @ 9:30am-10:30am
  • Thursdays (March 15 – May 24) @ 9:30am-10:30am

Optional Meditation 9:15 – 9:30am before each class.

No class will be held on the week of March 26th.


Flow Towards Freedom with Rabbi Sarah Tasman

Saturday, March 24, 7:30-9pm

All-levels yoga flow and candlelit ritual.

Looking for a mindful and creative way to experience or learn about the Jewish holidays? Join Rabbi Sarah Tasman for a workshop including meditation, movement, creative expression, and ritual to prepare for Passover. The program will include an all levels candlelit yoga flow session followed by personal writing and a special fire ritual for releasing anything that is holding you back from fully stepping into your freedom.

Open to participants of all backgrounds and genders.


Weekly Yoga with Amberlyn Kelleher

Wednesdays, 5:45 - 6:45pm (no classes on 12/27/17 or 1/3/18)

Classes welcome students of all levels to explore the experience of being fully alive and in the present moment. Exploration of body, mind, and heart through asana, meditation, and breathwork will guide you back to the center of your heart.

All levels and ages are welcome. This yoga class will be a slower pace to accommodate our own explorations of linking breath and movement. All classes will include some breath work, great for everyday stress and healthy digestion as well as some meditative poses and movements designed to complement our modern lives and bodies. Yoga is an exploration into self and a chance for us to breathe more and relax more!


Community Yoga with Anna Johns

Gentle Yoga. All levels welcome. Anna has special certification in therapeutic yoga for seniors (see her profile.)
Meets: Wednesdays, 8:30 - 9:30 am; Dharma Room in Suite 200, Upper Floor

Gentle yoga is for everyone, from teens to those in their 90’s. Yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, strengthens the body, enhances range of motion, balances digestion, improves sleep and calms the mind. It’s also beneficial for people recovering from injuries or surgery, who need to explore postures slowly and carefully.

You can be on a chair and participate fully. Join us to gently stretch both body and mind!
