In-Person Living Dharma Circle
Saturdays, 10:30AM - 12:00PM
Rotating Teachers
Our Saturday morning gathering offers a welcoming space to pause, practice, and connect. Each week includes meditation, a dharma talk, mindful movement, and shared reflection.
At the heart of our time together is the refuge of community, supporting practice through shared presence and compassion.
Teachings are grounded in the Buddhist Insight Tradition and focus on cultivating mindfulness, kindness, compassion, and wisdom. These qualities of mind and heart shape how we respond to the joys, challenges, and sorrows of everyday life.
We are inclusive and welcome people from all communities, beliefs, orientations, and backgrounds. This offering is suitable for both new and experienced practitioners.
