Weekly Mindfulness in Recovery

Sundays, 6:30 – 8:00pm

Our group is open to both new and seasoned meditators interested in the intersection of Buddhist teachings and 12 Step recovery. All 12 Steppers are welcome, from all spiritual traditions, or none. We ask that you have continuous recovery and a working relationship with a 12 Step group before attending your first meeting.

Weekly SAA meditation Meeting

Mondays 6:45-7:30pm, beginning 1/8/18

This is a drop-in, meditation meeting of Sex Addicts Anonymous (SAA). Meetings are free of charge and open to any individual seeking recovery, for themselves, from addictive sexual behavior.

SAA is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so they may overcome their sexual addiction. SAA is not affiliated with any religious sect or denomination. We are a spiritual program based on the principles and traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous.

The IMCW Singles Sangha is a warm, welcoming, inclusive community of people who gather to connect with others who are, by choice or circumstance, single at this time in their lives.

7:00 Arriving and snacks
7:30-8:45 Short dharma talk, meditation, discussion, and mindful activities
8:45 Potluck and socializing. Bring a dish to share, if you wish.

The IMCW Vegan Sangha is a warm, welcoming, inclusive community for all vegans and aspiring vegans! Together we explore the vegan lifestyle as an expression of compassion for all beings; study the dharma from diverse perspectives and inspire insightful discussion; cultivate a sense of belonging and community both within the vegan sangha and IMCW; and support each other to be vegan in a non-vegan world.
