Morning Meditation

Monday through Friday, 7:30 – 8:15 am in the Meditation Room
Drop in — no registration required

A beautiful way to start your day, with a 30-minute meditation period and an optional 15-minute discussion following. Classes are led by IMCW Affiliate Mindfulness Instructors.

  • Chairs & cushions are provided — or bring your own
  • Daily & weekly meditation classes are supported by dana, the ancient Pali word for “spontaneous generosity of the soul”.
  • CML closes when the federal government is closed due to weather.
