The Center for Mindful Living offers daily and weekly meditation classes, monthly gatherings and special events related to the practice of Buddhism, mindfulness, healthy living, kindness and community. Many classes are offered on a drop-in basis, including Daily Meditation from 7:30 – 8:15 am Monday through Friday.
